Incorporated in 2020, Yadan SM Ltd represents the continued growth of this experience, building on the proven expertise and operational foundation of its sister company, NA Royal Ltd.
Our Story
Yadan SM Ltd is a wholly privately-owned Ghanaian company, incorporated on January 30, 2020. It's the sister company of Na Royal Ltd, which has spent years on mining contracts; haulage, civil works, and road maintenance for some of Ghana's major clients. Yadan SM Ltd was registered to broaden that scope, drawing on the experience the group had already built up.
Together, the two companies have worked construction, mining and civil contracts for operators including Golden Star Resources, Asanko Gold Mine, and AngloGold Ashanti at Tarkwa and Obuasi; usually alongside fellow contractors such as Rocksure International and others.

Milestones
A decade-long partnership that began with haulage and road maintenance under Rocksure International and has grown into comprehensive mining, hauling, and civil engineering services. Yadan SM's scope has expanded to include TSF raises, road preparation and maintenance, oxide material feeding at the ROM Pad and ore and stockpile feeding to the processing plant.
Tailings dam reinforcement and construction of three (3) new ponds through a joint venture with Ramoth, Quantum LLV and WBHO.
Tailings dam construction works undertaken in collaboration with Haakema Ltd.
Worked alongside Hawkrad JOD to undertake haulage operations at the Nzema Mine.
Supported Erdmac Limited in constructing an irrigation dam at Torgorme for the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA).
Commenced operations in 2010 with mining and civil works at the Bogoso-Prestea Pit, including pit backfilling, in partnership with Erdmac Limited.
Leadership
Yadan SM Ltd is directed by an experienced leadership team drawn from operations, project delivery, safety and fleet management. Leadership sets the standard for how every site is run — from equipment deployment to client relationships — and stays directly involved in the day-to-day running of the business alongside site management.
Day-to-day operations are led by a Managing Director, Operations Manager and Project Manager, supported by dedicated HSE Officers and Fleet & Administrative Officers. Together they oversee scheduling, safety compliance, equipment readiness and client coordination across every active site.
Our team of 50+ employees includes more than 30 drivers and operators and over 10 technicians, most trained and certified on the specific class of machine they run. Many have worked together across multiple mine sites since 2010, giving clients a crew that already knows how to move safely and efficiently on a live mine.
